John
B. Monsky, Founder, Chairman of the Board
and President
Mr. Monsky received his B.A. Degree from Yale University
and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of
Business Administration. His background and experience
includes responsibility as Chairman of the Board,
President and Chief Executive Officer of a holding
company listed on the American Stock Exchange. Under his
direction, the company successfully acquired and
operated a number of subsidiaries participating in
capital goods manufacturing, real estate development and
venture capital financing. In 1983, Mr. Monsky founded
the predecessor company to First Florida Capital
Corporation to actively participate as a consultant and
intermediary in merger and acquisition activities.
H. Robert Monsky,
Partner
Mr. Monsky has been active with FFCC since 1995. He has
participated in numerous transactions encompassing debt,
equity mergers and acquisitions and creative hedging
strategies on behalf of clients and the firm. Prior to
FFCC, Mr. Monsky was a Managing Director of Sandler
O’Neill & Partners in New York City. He was
principally involved in advising financial institutions
on market-driven asset/liability transactions. Mr.
Monsky was also very active in a similar role as a
Director of the Financial Services Group of Bear Stearns
& Co. in New York City.
David D. Fitch
Partner, joined FFCC in 2001 after having served as
President of St. Joe Commercial, the commercial real
estate division of The St. Joe Company. Mr. Fitch
has extensive acquisition and investment experience,
particularly focused on real estate. He has served
as senior executive in several public companies and has
extensive experience in operating large, multi-state
investment and acquisition activities.
Richard S. Still
Managing
Director/Financial Analyst, has served as President and
Founder of two different manufacturing companies:
SableStone, Inc., a company which manufactures, fabricates
and installs solid surface countertops, and Outline
Technologies, Inc. which manufactures large scale
electronic digitizing boards.
Mr. Still received his B.S.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and
his M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of
Business. Mr. Still has extensive experience in
manufacturing management, including operations,
information technology systems, organizational structure
and financial reporting.
